1. About these terms

This website is operated by Simplelifeco UK LTD (“Simplelifeco”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

• we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment;

• we cannot deliver to the address provided;

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

• accepting the order would breach applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the affected products.

We may also limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including where unusually large quantities appear to have been ordered for resale or where stock is limited.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including your email address, billing information and delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help where we can, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered our fulfilment process or been dispatched.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders already accepted by us.

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown on our website or during checkout.

Orders placed before our stated dispatch cut-off may be eligible for same-working-day dispatch. Dispatch times and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise.

8. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused and returned in accordance with our returns instructions.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for change-of-mind return postage.

Different provisions apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, size or pack quantity, you can return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

This statutory right exists separately from our additional 30-day returns policy and is subject to the applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will provide any refund required by law, including applicable standard outbound delivery charges.

Many Simplelifeco products are purchased for business or commercial use.

Where you purchase products wholly or mainly for the purposes of a business, trade, craft or profession, certain consumer rights may not apply to your purchase.

We may discontinue products, change pack quantities or update our product range at any time.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve stock.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you where necessary and refund any amount paid for products we cannot supply.
