Jamie, founder of Lookout Clothing; a lifestyle brand that covers everyday essentials, is an entrepreneur who has taken the leap to pursue his dream of creating a clothing brand.
After working in the industry for a while, Jamie decided to take the plunge and go out on his own and Lookout Clothing was born.

"The idea came around early September 2022 when me and my mate Isaac were sat up the lookout which is a spot that overlooks our local town Burry Port," Jamie explains.
Jamie runs the business full time and loves seeing people wearing Lookout clothing. "Seeing people out and around me wearing Lookout is always a good feeling," he tells us.

Determined to make his business environmentally conscious from the beginning, Jamie was keen to find a reliable, local business to help him achieve this. "It was always in the plan to be eco-friendly as much as possible and I use my packaging more than anything else from bagging the clothing to sending parcels," Jamie explains. He eventually discovered Simplelifeco, who now provide compostable mailers and poly bags for Lookout Clothing.
Jamie has big plans for the company. When asked about the next steps and goals for Lookout Clothing, Jamie told us, “The next steps are just to continue to produce high quality clothing and to keep building and growing the brand.”
Jamie's advice to anyone thinking of starting their own business is simple, "If you have a good idea and there's a market there to target you should always go for it."
