Accessibility statement
Easy to use for everyone.
How we work to make our website clear and usable for as many people as possible, where we can do better, and how to ask us for help.
01 / Our Commitment
Everyone should be able to shop with us.
We want everyone to be able to find out about our packaging, order it and get help from us.
We aim to make simplelifeco.uk clear and easy to use for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology, and people who find long or complicated text hard to read.
02 / What We Do
How we try to get it right.
Plain, clear language
We write simply and try to keep pages short.
Image descriptions
We aim to add descriptions to important images.
Readable text
We aim to keep good contrast between text and background, and text that can be enlarged in your browser.
Thinking ahead
We think about accessibility when we add new pages, products and communications.
03 / Where We Can Do Better
We are still learning.
We have not yet had our website formally tested against an accessibility standard, so we cannot promise that every page works for everyone.
If you find something hard to use, please tell us. It helps us improve.
04 / Ask Us For Help
Tell us what you need.
If you need information in a different format, such as plain text, larger print or by phone, or if you have trouble using any part of the site, contact us at support@simplelifeco.uk.
We will reply within 5 working days and will do our best to give you what you need.
05 / If You Are Not Happy
You can raise a concern.
If you are not happy with our reply, you can raise a concern under our Stakeholder Grievance Procedure by emailing support@simplelifeco.uk. You can also reach us through our contact page.
The Directors review this statement every year, and sooner if we change our website.
