UK Delivery
We offer straightforward delivery across the UK, with free shipping on orders over Β£20. Your packaging is delivered using Royal Mail 24 or UPS.

Dispatch Times
Place your order before 12pm on a working day and we'll dispatch it the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Dispatch vs delivery
Dispatch is when your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery is when it reaches you.
While we aim to get your packaging to you as quickly as possible, courier delivery times are estimates.
European Delivery
Our packaging travels beyond the UK, too. We currently ship to Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Ireland.
International delivery charges are calculated according to package weight and displayed at checkout. Each package may be charged separately.
Delivery Questions
How can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your delivery, you'll receive tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. Not all orders include tracking.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer care team with your order number. We'll look into it for you.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We'll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
Do you dispatch orders at weekends?
No. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Which delivery companies do you use?
We use Royal Mail 24 and UPS for UK deliveries. The service used depends on your order.
