How long does my order take to get dispatched?

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day - happy days!

Orders placed after 2pm will get shipped off the very next business day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All UK mainland orders come with free express delivery, so you can expect your order to arrive on the next business day.

*Please note that we will always do our bit, but sometimes there can be delays from the couriers*

My order hasn't arrived yet, where is it?

If you haven't received your parcel 5 working days after dispatch, please fill in the form below and we will work together to find the best solution for you.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship only to the UK Mainland at the moment, but aim to expand internationally soon - stay tuned!

*We currently ship to EU via the Amazon platform, so please check us out over there!*

Order Issues

Returning an unwanted item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back.

As long as the item is still in its original condition, we're more than happy to accept returns– you just need to pay for postage.

If you request a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

Want to exchange an item?

Need a different size or type of product? Just send your item back to us within 28 days for a full refund, and then place your new order.

Returning a faulty item?

If you’ve received a faulty item, we're really sorry!

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

If you change your mind after placing your order, that's okay! It happens.

Provided you haven't received a fulfilment notification yet, please fill in the form below with your order number and we will sort the cancellation for you.

What happens if I’m not available to take delivery?

If you’re not in when the courier attempts delivery, you’ll be left a delivery card either saying that they’ve left your parcel in a safe place (with a neighbour?) or stating the next available delivery date.

The courier will typically try to deliver your parcel three times, usually on consecutive days, before returning it to the depot to await further instructions.

Do you offer customisation?

We don't currently offer custom prints or designs.

Many of our customers like to use personalised stickers or brand/logo stamps for a little personal touch.

Do you do bulk discount?

Yes we do! We have priced the items in our store so that the larger the quantity, the cheaper the price.
